The work is devoted to the study of the possibility of finding process models from event logs using machine learning methods.

The paper considers the features of using neural machine translation for solving this type of problem. Several machine translation models are described.

Tests were carried out on different data sets and on different models, their effectiveness was estimated.

The object of development is a program that automates the learning and training process and builds regular expressions from BPMN models.
