«Pure Food” as Ideology and a Culture of Consumption

This research paper presents the problem of forming the concept of "purity" of food as a consumption culture in the Russian society. As a result of the process of globalization, the original concept of "purity" is transformed. After this transformation, "pure products" in the Russian society are formed a culture of consumption.
