Youth Employment Determinants on the Russian Labor Market: an Empirical Analysis

The world has entered the era of change. Qualitatively new processes are simultaneously unfolding in all spheres of the country's economy. The young generation brings innovative ideas to the world. Talent youth has amazing power, young people are characterized by experiments, arguments, they tend not to agree with the usual way of things. In the modern labor market, young people are not only the most promising group with high physical, efficient and trained potential, but also the most vulnerable group due to their age, social, psychological, and professional characteristics. The object of research in this study is the youth in terms of changes in the digital economy of the country and on the Russian labor market. The subject of the study is to analyze the impact on the youth employment of such factors as the type of study and gender features. The results of the study of problems in the employment of young people in Russia are described in detail in this paper and allow us to draw the appropriate conclusions.
