In work were used the methods of collecting theoretical information, such as analysis, synthesis, generalization, and systematization of theoretical positions and materials of individual studies available in the special literature.

The anticipated results of the research are that the level of satisfaction of employees from "First city channel" leaves much to be desired. Besides, we expect this information will help managers of "First city channel" in building an satisfied and engaged workforce.
