This paper is entitled to present a theoretical (C.Rogers, A.Maslow, V.Frankl, N.Pryazhnikov, D.Leontyev etc.) and empirical (qualitative interview with specifically chosen respondents) research on the experience of hard-working people and the possible connection between these peoples' values and their experience.
