Year of Graduation: 2018

This study examined the Impostor Phenomenon in the context of family relationships in the process of short-term psychotherapeutic group work within the narrative approach. A training program has been developed In order to assess the effectiveness of this approach in working with clients who are constantly afraid of being exposed as a fraud, and it has been tested on two groups. We made the assumption that after the training "I and my impostor", there will be a decrease in the manifestation of patterns of behavior associated with the Imposter Phenomenon and the expansion of possible ways of behavior based on one's own goals and values. Feedback from participants in the form of filled-in questionnaires, Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and reviews in free form served as a basis for analyzing the effectiveness of group psychotherapeutic work within the narrative approach.
