We turn to the study of four methods, organizational role analysis, social matrix of dreams, social photo matrix and drawing dreams. It is recognized obvious that the unconscious factor plays a huge role in the demonstrations of the individual. Social and cultural space of modern life is determined by the high rate of changes and conditions. All these methods are aimed at providing coverage of unconscious thinking and involvement in the process of groups or other social systems. Three key concepts from Bain's point of view are: free Association, Christopher Bollas ' concept of "unconscious knowledge", containerization: to contain and localize concepts that describe the ability of any enterprise to keep within itself the parts that cause concern. The portrayal of clear time and target boundaries is important to systematize these methodologies so that participants can experience leadership characteristics such as clarity, responsibility and competence. It can be said that there is a direct link between the confidence of safe regression in the matrix process and the experience of management taking its role in clarity and competence. The hypothesis of the study is to gain access to the unconscious thinking of the organization or other group, in order to implement the motivation to achieve success, the development of social interaction skills. The practical value of this work is to describe the methodology of diagnosis and impact on unconscious dynamics, making recommendations to improve conditions for more effective work in the team and the organization as a whole.
