Analysis of the Management System in Japanese Company on the Russian Market

In this study, the Japanese model of the organization, its development, and cultural aspect was considered. More than that, an important fact is the aspect of intercultural communication in connection with the fact that Japanese and Russian cultures have much more differences than similarities. To answer the research question, in-depth interviews were conducted with Russian employees of Japanese companies in the restaurant business operating in Moscow. The study of management features in Japan is relevant, since the study of the Japanese management model, its features, and basic principles, will allow using some of its elements for later implementation and adaptation in foreign enterprises, which will bring the company to a new level. The results of the following study may be of interest not only for business administration and but also for the employees of companies and scholars in the relevant field.
