Depth Features and Factors of Development of Motivation to Achieve Employees in the Financial Area

Issues of motivation achievements in psychoanalysis are engaged for a long time. At the same time, all the studies show that the psychological characteristics of the individual, the social environment, and his or her state "here and now"have a significant impact on the motivation to achieve a particular person. In this paper we address the analysis of the deep features of achievement motivation and the study of the existence of common parameters, trends, dependences of a group of employees of a financial area in order to identify the factors of achievement motivation development. The result of the work is formulated factors of development of motivation of employees ' achievements, which can be applied in practice in order to form or expand the system of motivation of employees of financial area.
