Competitive Strategy Development

This work is devoted to the analysis and development of a competitive strategy for a major Russian telecommunication company. The performance of all company’s divisions is based on the developed strategy. In the conditions of growing competition, rapid development of technologies in order to maintain a competitive advantage in the market, companies need not only to develop long-term strategies, but also to constantly bring them into line with current realities. The main goal of the research is to develop the strategic recommendations for the Rostelecom company’s competitive strategy changing for the B2B, B2C and B2G segments for the next 5 years by carrying out all the necessary external and internal analyzes of both the telecommunications industry in Russia as a whole and the individual large market player on the example of the company PJSC "Rostelecom". The object of the study is Rostelecom company, which is one of the largest players in the Russian telecommunication market. The subject of the research is the strategic goals of PJSC "Rostelecom".
