Existential Phenomenological Analysis of a Nonadaptive Activity in a Creative Activity

This research is devoted to the study of a phenomenon of a non-adaptive activity in creative activity with the help of the four fundamental motivations structure described in existential analysis. The theoretical part of the research is aimed at finding the points of intersection of two historically different traditions of psychology. The empirical part of the study is a qualitative analysis of interviews collected from people engaged in creative activity who talk about their best creation in their opinion. The result of the study is a description of the specifics of the manifestation and implementation of each fundamental motivation in a non-adaptive activity in creativity.
