Student: Makaryan Samvel

Supervisor: Olga Balaeva

Faculty: Graduate School of Business

Educational Programme: Management (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2018

The purpose of this study is to conduct internal diagnostics of the Twitch Company with the further preparation of recommendations based on McKinsey 7S and SNW. The work involves usage of three research methods for collecting information: analysis of secondary data, questionnaire and interview. The analysis of the secondary data was carried out with the purpose of the initial study of the company and preparation of the questionnaire. The interview method was used to obtain all the necessary information about the internal functioning of the company directly from the top management. The survey method was used to obtain information within the framework of the study and to triangulate data obtained during the interviews, in order to localize and eliminate distortions of information, both intentional and unintentional. This study will result in preparation of recommendations within chosen diagnostics models, based on the data obtained. It was proved that the corporate value system of the company and the level of competence of employees are strong points, while the human resources management system and compliance of elements of the McKinsey 7S model are weak points.
