Nowadays, factors of risk and uncertainty has undoubtedly moved up the corporate agenda and have a great impact on success of organization functioning. Understanding different risks which all companies face is fundamental to effective business. This deals with detection and identification of risky situations for an organization& The building company was taken an object of the study. The attempt of finding of risk and uncertainty factors was made on the ground of internal and external environment analysis. Right risk management maximises the probability of business success and minimises the likelihood of failure. Unless, a company reviews factors of risk and uncertainty regularly, it could eventually find itself in a state of crisis, straggling to survive rather than focused on development and growth.
