Legal Regulation of Industrial Waste Treatment

This research is devoted to the study of legal regulation of the order of waste management. The paper gives a general description of the concept of industrial wastes, their classification. A detailed analysis of the regulatory Institute conducted, also the main elements, especially the mechanism of treatment of this type of waste were analyzed. Special attention is paid to the legal problems of the sphere of medical waste management. As a result of the thesis conclusions about the level of legislative regulation of waste management made and formulated recommendations to improve its efficiency.
