The final qualifying work on the topic "Peculiarities of project management in large Russian IT enterprises" contains 57 pages of text, 13 figures and 13 tables, and 37 sources used. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a list of references and an appendix. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the various components of the quality of team work and the success of software development projects in large Russian IT companies, as well as making practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of agile teams. The object of the study is the company "Yandex" - one of the largest Russian companies in the field of information technology, specializing in Internet products and services. The subject of the study are the processes of project management in Yandex. This work is relevant due to the poorly studied influence of the quality of teamwork on project success in agile teams, as well as the lack of work on the application of agile methodologies in Russian IT companies. The results obtained in the course of this study will complement existing theoretical knowledge, and may also be of value to professionals using agile project management techniques in software development.
