Loyalty Programs on the E-Travel Market

The investigation is intended to scrutiny of the issue concerning development recommendations of the loyalty program for the company functioning on the e-travel market in the b2c sector. It was revealed, that at present a loyalty program is one of the marketing tools necessary for forming the consumer loyalty. Each company needs to develop a loyalty program taking into consideration peculiarities of the market, consumer preferences and other crucial factors. The objective of the research will be achieved via use of a qualitative sociological method and a quantitative method to identify consumer preferences and privileges of the segment investigated. Further research in this area of studies could provide the loyalty program adapted to conditions of the market studied and bearing in mind consumer behavior features that could be used by companies functioning on the Russian e-travel market.
