The final bachelor qualifying work was carried out within the framework of strategic management. The purpose of this WRC is to develop recommendations for effective management of multicultural teams. As an example, the company STAIP, engaged in the construction of large architectural and housing projects in Morocco. The thesis is a practice-oriented format and consists of three chapters that allow you to achieve this goal. The first Chapter presents the basic theoretical concepts regarding the homogeneous-cultural teams. Forms of command management, types are designated. Methods of evaluating the effectiveness of team management are also presented. The second Chapter is presented as a theoretical overview of multicultural teams. The structure of the Chapter consists of a review of the concepts of Kluckhohn and Strodtbeck, Hofstede and Trompenaar and Humpden-Turner, dedicated to the evolution and development of multicultural teams. The main criteria for comparing teams with each other are also highlighted. The third Chapter presents an empirical study, which uses the method of observation and content analysis after the interview. Thus, this work is not only theoretical, but also practical. This allows us to study the work of single-cultural and multicultural teams in STAIP. The research methods used allow to obtain an accurate assessment of the management efficiency and to compare the work of teams in the construction business. The volume of work is 75 pages and contains 16 tables. 49 sources were used to write the work. Of these, 41 are foreign.
