Project Risks Management for the Development of New Products

Diploma paper is executed on 70 sheets and consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and appendix. The object of the research is the project for the development of a new product "Ion Skulachev", and the subject - the risks of projects for the development of new products. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for risk management for projects in the pharmacology industry. Risk is an inevitable aspect of almost any field of activity. So, competent rick management is a necessary skill for the modern project manager. One of their main responsibilities is to identify risks and apply the most effective methods for each case of risk, in order to conduct their analysis and assessment correctly. This is especially true for projects for the development of new products, since they are implemented in conditions of high uncertainty, which may arise due to expectations of obtaining the required financial results by stakeholders, and be provoked by specific characteristics of the project or industry.
