Assortment Policy of Sphere of Services

The purpose of this work is to develop and improve the assortment policy of the service enterprise by the example of the center of acrobatics and gymnastics "Naused". To achieve the goal of the study, the following tasks were identified: to define the concept and essence of the assortment policy, to analyze the assortment policy of the "Naused" center, to consider the typical problems of assortment policy management, and, having analyzed the financial performance of the company, to develop recommendations and measures to optimize the assortment policy. As a result of the ABC and XYZ analyzes, a number of measures were proposed to improve the company's assortment policy. In addition, the expected effect of their implementation was calculated. As the main, measures were proposed to remove certain services from the assortment, advertise new directions in the main activity of the enterprise with regard to regular customers, and introduce targeted advertising campaign on the Internet.
