The Role of Organizational-Psychological Factors of Intergenerational Trust in Project Team Management

In this graduation qualification work various organizational and psychological factors affecting the trust in the project team (trust in the project manager and trust in the team members) are considered. The purpose of the work is to analyze the difference in the degree of influence of such factors as "Transparency", "Salary fairness", "Opportunity to influence working conditions", "Opportunity to influence the work regime", "Collective decision-making", "Assessing the adequacy of actions for long-term goals" "The possibility of professional training and development", "The effectiveness of management of group emotions" and "Fairness of leadership" on the trust of representatives of the generation X and the generation of U. The first stage was a questionnaire, its 300 respondents and on the basis of which a regression model was constructed and the degree of correlation of variables was revealed. Then, a study was carried out in the organization of the GBOU School No. 315 and recommendations were given to increase the level of confidence of both generations on the basis of the results of the empirical study.
