In this paper, we investigate the factors that influence the loyalty of adolescents. The main purpose of this study is to create recommendations for companies based on the results of empirical research, ensuring the loyalty of adolescents to fashion retail companies. The work includes a quantitative and qualitative research, representing respectively a survey and an interview. The data obtained can serve as a basis for future research on this topic.
