Modeling the Effect of Tax Policy Changes in Oil Production

The paper presents the analysis of innovation tax policy in the oil industry, which is aimed at reducing customs, subsidies also encourage the development of Novis fields. The formation of the retail price for gasoline and diesel fuel is analyzed, as well as the forecast of the price in the context of tax reform and in the current conditions. The second part of the paper compares the tax system based on gross values or economic indicators (alog on added income) with new places of origin.
