Research and Development of New Mechanisms for Soft Moderation of Internet Discussions

We present a study of modern techniques and tools for soft moderation of text-based multi-user conversations in the Internet in this research. According to the results of the research, a new concept of soft moderation was developed, most suitable for modern realities of the development of text messaging tools. In the practical part of the research, a prototype of a soft moderation system is developed on the basis of the formulated concept. The developed prototype passes the testing phase, which results in conclusions about the applicability of the new concept presented in the research.
