Possibilities of the internet are widely used not in all spheres of business. In some areas, the potential of online communications is underestimated. Therefore, online companies arise in the old markets. They are not engaged in production; their main direction of development is to provide high quality customer experience (service). Gap between the old and new players of the market occurs. Producers (old players) are losing a lot in internet marketing and continue to focus on the model of expanding physical presence (place). Dry-cleaning and laundry is the example of such market. The paper "Internet marketing strategy development for dry-cleaning industry on the example of Komilfo company" is devoted to implementation of online company approach in marketing. Study is based on both primary (interviews with major market players) and secondary data (industry portals, marketing research, government data, company’s internal data, financial reports and other open source data).
