The subject of this article is electronic banking, its place and prospects in modern system of banking services. Definitions are given to the different kinds and the structure itself of the system of remote banking as a type of processing of financial services, in which the provider and client interact by means of information and telecommunication networks. The information regarding requirements and recommendations to the security system of banks of the Russian Federation in remote banking systems is provided and analyzed. The main aims of this work is to develop a threat model for the remote banking system, analysis of ways to counteract these threats. After the analysis the special software for monitoring and control the bank's compliance with the requirements set forth in Regulation 382-P. Regultaion 382-P is a document with the requirements to provide information protection in the implementation of cash transfer and on the order of the bank of Russia implementation of monitoring compliance with the requirements to provide the protection of information in the implementation of cash transfer. The final purpose of this study is to develop an application that shows bank's compliance with the requirements set.
