Nowadays enterprises often organize and control human resources within the framework of the hierarchical organizational structure, often twisted and unclear. Delayering of an organization tree is currently being solved manually using electronic spreadsheets. The necessity in automation of a routine work during this analysis arises and the understanding the analyzed company could be significantly simplified by its structure visualization. The paper delves into delayering approach based on span of control benchmarking against similar roles of the most effective companies in the same industry. The program is a desktop application built using the Electron library and the Vue.js framework. The application uses the modules written on JavaScript and Python. The program is able to fulfill two major functions: to visualize the entire tree of the enterprise and to facilitate the detection of the most deviating resources. The application allows to interactively interact with the organization tree. As a result, implementation of the changes revealed during the analysis, target audience - enterprises and leading consulting companies may benefit from the cost-cutting impact of headcount reduction and re-organization projects costs reduction.
