In this dissertation was made a comparative analysis of data quality between PAPI and CAPI in RLMS HSE. In the theoretical part the basic concepts were conceptualized: longitudinal household survey, mixed mode, PAPI, CAPI and data quality. Also experience of the transition from PAPI to CAPI in other panels of households was analyzed. In the empirical part data quality was assessed in measurement error and nonresponse error (item non-response error). As a result, it is determined that PAPI and CAPI do not significantly differ in non-substantive answers, criteria validity and open questions. But they have statistically justified differences in sensitive questions, item non-response and time of the interview.
