The Implementation of CRM-System in the Center of Pre-university Training
This work is devoted to the problems of the Pre-university training center that is related to the collection and storage of customers’ information. During the research the business processes of the Pre-university training center were analyzed, its IT-services were studied and also the center’s needs associated with the processes of information collection and storage were identified. Based on the collected and analyzed data, a possible solution allowing to automate considering processes was developed. The proposed solution helped improve the quality of interaction between the clients and the center’s employees.
