Master's thesis was devoted to the facilitation session development for improving the psychological motivation of the sales managers of JSC "Plant of Reinforced Concrete Structures", Voronezh. The facilitation session was attended by the direct managers of the enterprise. For the development of the facilitation session a comprehensive analysis of the psychological determinants of sales managers motivation was held by analyzing the internal environment as well as with the use of special psychological methods.
