The Study of Coercion to Coaching. Based on Results of the Project to Promote Coaching "Pochta Bank"

In the theoretical part of this paper, the role of coercion in the education and development of the individual, the vision of the aspects of work in the process of psychoanalytic coaching with unconscious dynamics, manifested as a result of coercion of the client to work, will be presented, and the issue of the effectiveness of work under duress. The subject of the study will be the results of the project "Coaching. Development without borders ", the purpose of which was to assist employees in development through working with the coach. The result of the study will be the revealed dependence of the results of development of competencies on the degree of coercion of employees to participate in the project.
