Business Process Automation in Handmade Projects

The aim of this study is to improve not elaborated business processes in the small enterprises – in my case in the hand-made projects. In this paper to solve the problems of the work processes modeling the theory and practice of business informatics and managing business processes were used as a basis for the formal representation of knowledge and data. The paper presents the analysis of the processes as is, and then provides a solution to optimize and automate processes, whereby number of business processes have been removed. However, modelling business processes is the second part of work. The simulation can provide information about any cases which may appear and due to collected data information about business processes will be full and reliable. The main processes based on the principles of optimization. Moreover, the work investigated the comparative metrics of the process “as is” and “to be”.
