The theme of the work is Applying of the Lean Manufacturing Concepts for Analyzing the Efficiency of Business Processes for Repair and Maintenance of Facades. In this paper, we studied the main aspects of the concept of lean management of objects, the causes of losses in construction. Also, strategies for improving quality and reducing costs based on stream improvements in construction have been analyzed. In addition, the analysis of programs for optimizing construction processes, studying the functions, modules, tasks performed by them and evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of the selected programs in the application of repair and facade decoration practice was carried out and given. On the basis of lean manufacturing concepts, methods for optimizing construction management at all design stages using automated systems for achieving the highest performance indicators of the performed work are revealed
