Today, during the rapid development of technology, the digital revolution is taking place before our eyes. At the same time, one of the most important elements of the successful existence, development and prosperity of any company - its organizational culture - can not be automated and digitized. Formation of a system of values ​​and beliefs, a unique environment, a set of norms and unwritten rules of conduct specific to a particular organization, the formation of commitment among employees is a strategic task for any company that sets long-term goals.

The object of research is the phenomenon of organizational culture.

The subject of the study is the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment of the organization's employees.

The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment by the example of a particular credit institution.

Research hypothesis - There is a relationship between an open culture and an affective type of organizational commitment.The results of the study confirmed the hypothesis put forth about the existence of a relationship between the open type of organizational culture and the affective type of adherence. The relationship exists and does not depend on the gender and position of the employees of the organization. Work is also of practical importance for the business community of commercial banks, especially during the crisis and digital transformation, which challenges the current approaches and methods of personnel management
