Annotation for final qualifying work: Aslanyan Sonia Grigorievna Shakhnazarov Laura Andranikovna On the Topic: implementation of talent management programs: psychological aspects Final qualifying work is presented on 85 pages. For its writing 111 sources were used. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to identify and analyze ideas about the main elements of talent management systems, as well as to identify and analyze the psychological aspects of talent management among HR-specialists and line employees, Russian and international companies represented in the Russian market. In the first Chapter "Theoretical overview of talent management phenomena" reveals the theoretical aspects of the problem, including: the concept and essence of talent management system, the evolution of talent management system, global practices in the approach to talent management and modern trends. The second Chapter "Psychological aspects of talent management in modern organizations" reveals the theoretical aspects of the problem, including: the triad of "ability-talent-talent", education and training, creative professions and human resources. In the third Chapter "analysis of research ideas about the talent management system of HR-specialists and employees conducted a comparative analysis.
