Еhe work is a comprehensive analysis of the Contract with Managing Organization (Manager) in Corporate Legal Relations. The contract was examined taking into account the reform of corporate legislation, an analysis of judicial practice reflecting the status of the research contract at this stage of development. Theoretical conclusions are drawn on the definition of the status of the managing organization (manager), the legal nature of the contract, proposed legal regulation of the contract in the Civil Code, which eliminates the identified gaps in regulatory legal acts and law enforcement practice.
