This research is devoted to determining the role of emotional intelligence in the activities of the organization's leaders and its impact on decision making process. The relevance of the problem is determined by the growing demand from the leaders in connection with the increasing awareness of the high degree of the influence of emotions on their activities and the shift towards increasing awareness of the influence of emotions on decisions and command management.
