Analysis and Improvement of the Motivation System in the Company

The final qualification work consists of three chapters, each of which corresponds to the done stage in the development of the project on improving the motivation system on the example of a commercial organization. The first chapter of the work provides theoretical information on the concept of motivation and its types. The second chapter describes the company LLC "AI.S. Telecom ", on the example of which a study was conducted. A description of the company and its organizational structure is provided, the process of interaction between sales managers and potential customers is reviewed, and an analysis of the current motivation system is performed. Within the framework of the second chapter problems are identified and the direction of the research is indicated. The third chapter describes the study, analyzed the results, developed a new system of motivation, and changed the component of the economic part of the staff motivation, which takes into account the contribution of each individually. In addition to this, an economic justification for the project's effectiveness is provided.
