The work is dedicated to the problematic of the political reception of Carl Schmitt. The problematics is concerning two themes. The question of the status of political reception, its legitimacy; the question of internal differences. The work reviews the ideas of key representatives of the "Left-Schmitheanism". The author finds that in the circles of the left there are different interpretations of Schmitt's theoretical language. The author finds strengths and weaknesses in different interpretations and draws conclusions about the right to withdraw Schmitt's ideas from the intellectual context.
