Urban Infrastructure Standarts: a Case of Renovation Program in Moscow

The main theoretical topic of the thesis is analysis of The Regional Urban Planning Standards in Moscow, which are going through the process of development at this very moment. The Standards are supposed to establish some guaranties for a certain level of accessibility of social infrastructure in proposals for residential areas of renovation in Moscow. Specific issues of normative approach in that document are taken under consideration. Practical part is the research on actual level of kindergartens' and schools' accessibility which The Standards provide. In the end there are some proposals for adjustment of The Standards.
