Nowadays, the modern society is characterized by the uninterrupted harm from human activity, and it is important to note environmental problems cannot be analyzed or understood without considering global perspectives since they arise as impacts of multiple factors that interact with each other. Since environmental crisis has been put forward as one of the major global problems, and some institutional factors such as human rights and human freedoms can have the relations of great importance with it. Indeed, though social and policy studies of the attitudes and environmental protection of countries received much interest on the part of researchers. This research is an attempt to understand the interrelationship between human freedoms and quality of environment. The data analysis is held via structural equation modeling. The data source of this thesis is database "Quality and Government" (2018). It has been discovered as direct as undirect mediated relationship between human rights and the ecological protection
