We research the satisfaction with the labor of Russian workers on the basis of the survey data of RLMS for 2007 using machine learning methods. We found that the main factor affecting the satisfaction of work for Russian employees is wage. We also found that using machine learning technique gives the same predictive power as the classic models of OLS and Logit / Probit. The SVM model proved to be the best.
