Data Quality in Open-Ended Questions: the Comparison of Text and Video Formats in Web Surveys

In this paper it will be discussed the opportunity of implementation of video-responses on open-ended questions into the questionnaire design, how is it useful and comfortable for respondents and researchers, is there the future for such approach.
