ANNOTATION The object of research is human resources of the dental profile. The subject of the study is the improvement of the training of medical personnel in the dental profile. The purpose of this study is to analyze the preparation, dynamics, structure and prospects of staffing of dentistry. The thesis is made in a hundred and five pages, consists of an introduction, three chapters, seven paragraphs, conclusions, bibliographic sources of literature and applications. The first chapter of the work "Personnel policy in the field of dental care" reveals the trends in the development of dental care in Russia and foreign countries. The chapter provides an assessment and dynamics of the staffing of the state dental service. The second chapter is devoted to the problems of training specialists in the dental profile. These problems are reflected in the professional orientation of the students of the dental faculty during the period of study of the university and in the choice of future specialization. This chapter analyzes the employment of dentists. The third chapter reveals the promising directions of the personnel policy in dentistry, namely the ways of reforming dental education in Russia. In this chapter, the prospective areas of staffing of dental care are given and the corresponding recommendations are given. In view of the foregoing, the modernity and relevance of research work is determined by the decision of staffing problems in the public health sector are advanced management development in this area, taking into account the national specifics ie. total transition from a narrow specialization to a general one - a "general practice dentist" and a "dental hygienist")
