Analysis of the Lean Production Methods Application in the Working Process of Health Care Organizations

At the modern stage of the development, arrangement of conditions for improving the efficiency of medical organizations and quality of medical care is a priority for research within the bounds of the healthcare management. One of the managerial methods of the qualitative and systemic changes, which has proven itself in the industrial and service sector, is the technology of lean management, which has received an active development on the federal level. In this context, the main purpose of the study is to evaluate the experience and the prospects of the lean management tools in the medical organizations practice. The master’s graduate degree consists of the three chapters, as is also an introduction, conclusion, list of references and applications. The first chapter provides a theoretical systematic review of the lean management concept: types, methodologies, tools. The second one is dedicated to the analysis of the foreign experience of the lean concept application in the medical organizations. The third chapter analyzes the lean management philosophy transient buildup and development in the field of the practical healthcare of the Russian Federation, with the allocation of recommendations for a more successful implementation of the concept.
