Possibilities of Using the Method of Accounting for Conventional Units of Labor for Planning the Volume and Financing of Dental Care in the Framework of Compulsory Health Insurance

The study presents analysis of planning mechanisms in the system of compulsory medical insurance, analysis of tariff agreements of the regions of the country, comparison of tariffs for dental care in Russia. An attempt was made to explain the difference in the cost of the conventional unit of labor intensity in the regions of one federal district. Classifiers of dental services are compared and their changes in dynamics are estimated. The problems and inaccuracies were revealed in the application of the conventional unit of labor for payment of dental care.
