Currently, there is an insignificant number of studies enlightened to the issue of introducing innovative medical technologies into clinical practice. And if among the foreign authors this topic is sufficiently well disclosed, then in the domestic scientific literature there are only isolated studies on this topic. This circumstance, as well as the extremely high relevance of this problem in the conditions of chronic underfunding of the industry, served as the reason for choosing the topic of this final qualifying work. The purpose of this study is to study the methods of introducing innovative medical technologies in clinical practice and to develop recommendations for improving these methods. As a result of the work performed, it was revealed that at present the organization of the clinical approbation is not perfect; and the protocols of clinical approbation, approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, do not meet the official requirements, and are often not feasible. In this regard, the methods of introducing innovative medical technologies in the Russian Federation need improvement. To do this, it is necessary to create a national system of agencies for assessing medical technologies, as well as to take measures that facilitate the creation on the basis of medical organizations of structures that carry out a local assessment of medical technologies. To improve the clinical approbation mechanism, an independent committee should be established to evaluate the protocols of clinical approbation, expand the list of research objects, regulate the mechanism for collecting primary results and then analyzing them. It is also advisable to create a system for implementing the results of clinical approbation.
