In this paper a new algorithm for automatic ECG signal diagnostics is discussed. The existing systems of automatic diagnostics do not meet the necessary requirements, and the developed algorithms in their original form are insufficient for conducting full automatic diagnostics. The article proposes a full-fledged implemented algorithm that performs the whole process of diagnostics, starting from obtaining a digitized ECG signal and ending with the diagnosis. The basic steps based on well-known methods, are proposed for signal filtering, baseline drift removal and P, Q, R, S and T peaks detection. And also validation and diagnostics by approximation to models corresponding to certain diseases. This paper contains 30 pages, 1 chapter, 18 illustrations, 2 tables, 25 bibliography items.
