KPI Evaluation System for Basketball Team

This work describes the real project, the main aim of which to develop the solution, that will count the successes of the basketball team. For achieving this goal, in cooperation with basketball team coach, there was specified wide list of different metrics, that provide extended statistic for different game moments, such as successes of the team in “Secondary break” for the nine to fourteen seconds interval. Developed metrics described following properties: common metrics, detailed metrics, shot clock usage and shooting details for both teams our and opponent, the shooting details of the opponent describes the defense of our team. After that, there was provided the solution, that consist of three main parts – web, mobile and backed application. The prototype was build and tested, comments from the coach were received and taken into account. The first version of the system was build and now is used in alpha testing mode.
