Annotation To the thesis on the topic: "Competitive Strategy" ("LBL") The work includes: 85 pages, 50 sources used, 4 applications. The subject of the study is strategic management. The purpose of the work is to determine the ways of improving the company's activities and the choice of the development strategy based on the example of PJSC "LBL" The tasks of the work are: 1. To conduct research on the company's environment; 2. Analyze the business model; 3. Identify the ways of choosing a development strategy; 4. Analysis and evaluation of strategic alternatives to LLC "LBL" and development of recommendations for its improvement. According to the results of the study, I explained that - achieving maximum results is possible with optimal use of resources. Sustained success in achieving strategic goals will be achieved through the achievement of the best in its segment performance indicators by each structural unit of the company. Organic development of the company in the short and long term is possible with active management of value propositions for customers of advertising products, creating new offers, as well as a deep understanding of the client's needs and application of leadership technologies. Following the strategy I have chosen is more likely to consolidate and advance the company's position in the media market.
