The purpose of the study: the study of subjective representations of a particular social group (representatives of professions related directly to the selection, assessment, diagnosis of staff - managers and HR directors) on the topic of human potential and its description. The research question: what is the general idea of ​​a person's potential Object of research: the concept of human potential The subject of the research: the idea of ​​the potential of the individual among people holding managerial positions. Objectives of the study: Conduct a theoretical summary analysis of the term "potential", determine the roots of its origin, sphere of use and range of values Consider the use of the concept in psychological science Create an integral model of the human potential To study existing methods of researching the potential of the individual Analyze commercial capacity assessment modules in the modern world Conduct an empirical study of the concept of the human potential of the leaders of organizations Identify with what concepts, semantically related to the potential of the individual, operate representatives of professions facing the process of selecting, evaluating and diagnosing staff - managers and HR directors To compare the subjective views of respondents with the general scientific representation of the term under consideration and derived by the integral model Consider the problems associated with the relationship of machines and people in the assessment and diagnosis tasks. Methods used: semi-structured interview, bibliographic analysis, inductive research methods, invoice table, expert group group moderation, market analysis. The work analyzes the general economic sources of literature, as well as analyzes empirical studies and approaches to the operationalization of the concept of "personal potential." It is emphasized that their effectiveness has been repeatedly proved in practice, which is confirmed by the pool of collected studies.
